Eventeverse is operated by Yekta AI, an Adelaide-based artificial intelligence company. References to "we", "our", or "us" refer to Yekta AI and Eventeverse.

Eventeverse is an AI-powered event discovery platform that aggregates event information from multiple third-party sources. We provide:

  • Aggregated event listings from platforms such as Eventbrite, Meetup, Ticketek, and others
  • AI-enhanced event details when information from original sources is incomplete
  • Location-based event discovery, including suburb-level search
  • Personalised recommendations based on your interests and activity
  • Tools to save, share, and add events to your calendar

3. Event Information Disclaimer

Important: Eventeverse does not create, organise, or host events. We aggregate event information from third-party sources and enhance it using artificial intelligence.

  • Event details (dates, times, locations, prices) are sourced from external platforms and may change without notice
  • We provide reference links to original event sources so you can verify details
  • AI-enhanced information is clearly intended to fill gaps but may not always be perfectly accurate
  • We are not responsible for event cancellations, changes, or inaccuracies from third-party sources

We strongly recommend verifying event details through the original source link before making plans, purchasing tickets, or travelling to any event.

4. User Accounts

Some features of the Site require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. Acceptable Use

Event information displayed on Eventeverse is sourced from third-party platforms and remains the property of the respective event organisers and platforms. We provide links back to original sources for attribution and verification.

7. User-Generated Content

By posting comments, reviews, or other content on the Site, you:

  • Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content on the Site
  • Confirm that you own or have the right to post such content
  • Agree that we may remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable

8. Advertising

The Site may display advertisements from third-party advertising partners. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party advertisements. Interacting with advertisements is at your own risk, and any transactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
