Walking in the Footsteps of Women

The 'Walking in the Footsteps of Women' event, organized by Kings Park Volunteer Guides, takes place on March 7 and 8, 2025. This guided walk explores the significant contributions of women throughout history, including Aboriginal women's use of plants and the roles of pioneer women in the development of the state. Each session starts at 9:30 AM and lasts up to 1.5 hours, providing an engaging and educational experience in the beautiful setting of Kings Park.
