Tuesday Night Bachata by Swing Patrol

Tuesday Night Bachata is a weekly recurring event featuring classes for all levels from absolute beginners to advanced dancers, followed by a lively social dancing party. Held every Tuesday starting at 6:15 PM with a free introduction class, it progresses through structured sessions in beginners, intermediate social moves, sensual Bachata, and advanced techniques across two areas, culminating in three hours of DJ-led social dancing from 9 PM to midnight playing Bachata Sensual/Moderna, Salsa, and Kizomba. The event takes place at The Space Dance & Arts Centre on 318 Chapel Street in Prahran, attracting dancers from various schools and interstate. A free intro class makes it accessible for first-timers, while leveled classes cater to experienced participants focusing on social moves, body connection, frame, timing, and musicality.
