Global Kitchen with Kazan Central Asian Kitchen is a cooking demonstration and tasting event taking place on May 4, 2025, from 2 PM to 4 PM at the Ballarat Library. This monthly cooking club invites food enthusiasts of all skill levels to enjoy authentic Central Asian cuisine, featuring local chefs and cultural traditions. Participants will have the opportunity to view cooking demonstrations, taste dishes, and learn about the culinary heritage of the Silk Road. Due to health and safety requirements, attendees must be over 18 years old.
