School Tours by Collingwood Children's Farm

School Tours at Collingwood Children's Farm provide students of all ages with immersive, hands-on farm experiences guided by knowledgeable farmers. Participants interact with friendly animals, explore seasonal produce, and learn about farm care and the role of agriculture in daily life. Aligned with the Victorian Curriculum (Foundation to Level 2) in science, English, and design technologies, the tours run on weekdays from April 23 to December 18, 2026, daily from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Groups of 1-3 classes (up to 90 people total) arrive by 10:00 AM for preparation and can stay afterward to enjoy the greenspace. The farm, nestled on the banks of Birrarung, supports people experiencing adversity and serves as a haven for children and adults.
