Its Camp Drag Show

It’s Camp Drag Show is a vibrant, recurring performance series established in 2023, celebrating campy drag numbers that reject commercial conformity and promote emerging and established artists, including drag kings and things. Featuring performers like Silvio Di Baci, Moxie Delite, Randy Roy, Big Richard Energy, Danny Disco, and Si Banshee, the event offers bold acts, iconic costumes, and interactive elements such as passata giveaways and hula hoop showdowns. Scheduled on three Saturdays—9 May, 20 June, and 22 August 2026—from 8pm at Brunswick Mechanics Institute in Melbourne, shows include nudity and sexual references with content warnings provided. Supported by Arts Merri-bek's Flourish Arts Grant, it takes place on Wurundjeri land, fostering queer connections in a lively atmosphere.
