Playgroup Program by City of Tea Tree Gully

The Playgroup Program is a weekly recurring event held every Thursday from 30 April to 2 July 2026 at Holden Hill Community Centre. Designed for children aged 1 to 5 years with younger siblings welcome, it offers arts and crafts, toys, puzzles, mini kitchen setups, ride-on cars, and trikes to foster social interaction and development. A light breakfast featuring fresh fruit, toast, muffins, yoghurt, cheese, pancakes, pod coffee, tea, and chai lattes is served. Families pay $5 per week (or $8 for family day care participants), with the first payment online and subsequent payments at the door via cash or eftpos. This popular program supports parents and grandparents in watching their children grow through play.
