The Self-Care and Mental Wellbeing - Level 2 workshop is a focused 2.5-hour session designed to enhance participants' understanding of self-care and mental wellbeing. Scheduled for March 20, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mental Health Council of Tasmania, this workshop builds on strategies from Level 1 and introduces concepts like Polyvagal Theory to help reduce daily stress. Participants will revise their self-care plans and explore techniques to improve mental wellbeing. Completion of Level 1 is required for enrollment.
