The 'Self-Care and Mental Wellbeing - Level 2' workshop is designed to enhance participants' understanding of the mind-body connection and improve their self-care strategies. Taking place from June 16 to June 20, 2025, at Burnie Community House, this workshop builds on concepts from Level 1 and introduces techniques such as Polyvagal Theory to help reduce daily stress. Participants will revise their personalized self-care plans and gain valuable skills to support their mental wellbeing.
