Zenekar, 2024 finalists for the Queensland Music Award in the Folk/World category, perform their original music inspired by Parisian street buskers, Argentinian tango, Afro-Cuban grooves, and Eastern European melodies at Mudgeeraba Memorial Hall. The ensemble features Catharina Kemp on clarinets and composition, Samuel Vincent on double bass, John Reeves on accordion, and Dave Kemp on percussion and composition. Their debut album 'Swirls' will be available on CD. This single-day concert takes place on 17 May 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:15 PM in the hall's natural acoustics, nestled in the Gold Coast hinterland.
