The Sourdough Bread Making Workshops LVL 1 and LVL 2 on February 8, 2025, offer a comprehensive learning experience for aspiring bakers. Participants can choose to attend either level, with Level 1 focusing on the basics of sourdough baking and Level 2 exploring advanced techniques for making focaccias, pizzas, and baguettes. Each session includes hands-on learning, and attendees will leave with a sourdough starter and recipes to continue their baking journey at home.
