Woodland Walk and Talk by The Amphitheatre, Hallett Cove SA 5158, Australia

The Woodland Walk and Talk is a single-day outdoor event hosted by Holbrook Landcare Network, returning by popular demand to explore the Bowna area at the northern end of Lake Hume. Participants will experience the beauty and ecological importance of White Box woodlands, one of the region's most valuable and threatened ecosystems, through a 5.7km bushwalk on a dirt track with options for shorter distances. The event concludes with a lunch featuring local cuisine in a relaxed setting. Scheduled for May 3, 2026, from 10:00 to 14:00, attendees should bring water, hat, sunscreen, and comfortable walking shoes. Sponsored by NSW Biodiversity Conservation Trust and Murray Landcare groups, it offers educational insights amid good company.
