The Rumi Palace Dinner is a fundraising event hosted by the Dulwich New Beginnings CRISP group to support a refugee family's settlement in Adelaide. On April 12, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Rumi Palace in Blair Athol, guests enjoy a three-course shared Afghan feast featuring tender meats, vibrant vegetarian dishes, and fragrant Palaw rice, served communally. The evening includes a silent art auction, a mystery wine wall, and a talk by a local group on welcoming refugees. Proceeds fund housing, home setup, and community integration under the CRISP program. BYO wine is permitted with a corkage fee, and dietary notes can be provided upon booking.
