Sweat Your Prayers 5Rhythms by Jesse Scroop & Leigh Barrett

Sweat Your Prayers is a monthly lightly guided 5Rhythms dance meditation series held on the 1st Sunday of each month from February to December 2026 at Aldinga Institute Hall. Participants journey through the Wave mandala—Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness—in a phone-free, judgement-free space led primarily by certified teacher Rivka Worth, with guest teacher Sue for select sessions. Founded by Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms offers dynamic movement practice for healing and transformation, welcoming all ages and cultures. Sessions run 10am-12pm (October 4 shortened to 11:30am), with family-friendly policies including free entry for children 12 and under and ear protection recommended for young ones.
