Restless Dance Theatre Come And Try by Volunteerability

Restless Dance Theatre's Come & Try session offers a creative movement and dance class designed for neurodiverse youth and those with disabilities, aged 13-18, on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM ACST at The Lights Community and Sports Centre in Lightsview, SA. Participants work with professional tutors to express themselves through movement, find joy, and collaboratively create a dance, with no prior experience required. A separate session for 5-12 year olds runs from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the same day. The free, inclusive event welcomes all young people to bring friends and dance together.
