The 'Come and Try Twilight Yoga' event is a free 30-minute taster session designed for both beginners and experienced yogis. Taking place on February 7, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM at Harpers Field Community Building, participants will have the opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate as the sun sets. Led by Yoga Spot with Dot, this session encourages attendees to stretch, breathe, and meditate. Please bring your own mat or towel and a drink bottle.
