Dancing Freedom under the Full Moon is a single-day conscious dance event honouring the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, held on 2 May 2026 from 5pm to 9pm at Sutton Forest Hall. The evening features a Mugwort, Rose & Hawthorn Ceremony led by Libby Lee, followed by guided conscious dance facilitated by Sara-Jane Cleland, a community dinner, and an optional grief ritual inspired by Francis Weller’s work. This alcohol and drug-free gathering welcomes all bodies with no dance experience required, offering a free-form somatic journey through elemental waves for embodiment and release. Participants are encouraged to bring water, layers, and a blanket or mat for the indoor space.
