The Syrian Cooking Class – Back to Our Roots is a hands-on workshop hosted by Racha Syrian Kitchen, marking the first cooking class of the year on April 18, 2026, from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM at Impact Story Lab Sydney - Digital Storytellers in Darlinghurst. Participants will learn to prepare authentic Zucchini Fatteh (Fattet Makmour) using traditional Syrian methods, along with a fresh seasonal salad, vibrant dip, and a comforting Syrian sweet, while discovering the cultural significance of these dishes as memory, tradition, and connection. The intimate session includes a welcome drink, shared meal, and recipe to take home, emphasizing stories and togetherness in Syrian cuisine.
