Hanky Panky by HOMBRE

Hanky Panky is a themed queer dance party presented by HOMBRE, delving into the historical hanky code used by the queer community to signal sexual preferences and fetishes through colored handkerchiefs. Resident DJs Les Smith and djmikeyb will spin tracks to keep the energy high from 9pm on Saturday, May 16, 2026, through to 2am on Sunday, May 17 at Sporties Bunker Bar in Spring Hill, Brisbane. The event transforms the venue with custom theming, lighting, and lasers, creating a safe space for cis and trans men and those identifying as male to dance and socialize. HOMBRE events occur every two months, attracting a diverse crowd of all ages, body types, and sizes. Tickets are priced from $25 for first release.
