Behind The Scene Tasting In Our Laboratory

This recurring weekly workshop offers an immersive behind-the-scenes experience in the Chocolate Elements Laboratory, guided by the Creative Director and Head Chocolatier. Participants taste a selection of couverture and chocolate through a 5-step sensory journey, learning to profile chocolate professionally. Sessions run every Wednesday from April 29 to June 3, 2026, from 12:00 to 13:00 at 99 Melbourne St, South Brisbane. Limited to 2-4 people per session and best suited for ages 10+ with adult supervision. Manufacturing and COVID protocols are enforced. A liability form is required upon booking.
