Opening Event Shifting Ground Earthen Form and Unturned by Brisbane Valley Farm Direct

The Condensery hosts the opening event for three exhibitions: Shifting Ground, Earthen Form, and Unturned on May 8, 2026, from 5pm to 7pm at Somerset Regional Art Gallery in Toogoolawah, Queensland. Curated by Larissa Warren, Shifting Ground explores the history of women potters from Tamborine Mountain with works by twelve contemporary Australian artists and historical pieces. Earthen Form showcases Somerset ceramicists inspired by local landscapes and includes a collaborative project with Toogoolawah art students. Unturned is an immersive installation by Hannah Stanton using natural materials like wild clay and wood ash. A curator's talk by Larissa Warren occurs at 6pm. The event is free with RSVP appreciated for catering.
