African Vibes Sunday Soiree

The African Vibes Sunday Soirée (Autumn Edition) is a family-friendly community celebration on May 24, 2026, at Red Rattler Theatre in Marrickville, featuring West African drum and dance workshops, a student showcase, special guest performances, and an interactive drum circle. Highlights include masters Yacou Mbaye and Lucky Lartey from Senegal and Ghana, feature artist Afro Moses, percussion duo Pape Mbaye with Yacou Mbaye and Lucky Lartey with Ezi Bortei, plus DJ Dovy Dovy. The event runs from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM AEST, with West African food available and no experience needed for participation. All ages are welcome, with children under 12 entering free.
