Bathurst Regional Art Gallery offers free guided tours of its current exhibitions, Acts of Inheritance and Pattern Recognition, every Saturday from April 11 to May 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Acts of Inheritance features new works by seventeen Disabled artists from We Are Studios, exploring themes of identity, inheritance, Disability, and mental health through personal and communal narratives. Pattern Recognition by Liz Bryan delves into sacred geometry, esoteric traditions, and natural patterns via sculptures, paintings, and textiles inspired by Platonic solids and biological structures. These weekly one-hour tours provide insights into contemporary art addressing identity, womanhood, and the intersections of science and mysticism. Held at the gallery on Wiradjuri Country, the events highlight Disability-led initiatives and public education programs.
