Movement Journey X Contact Improvisation by The Hive Bar

Movement Journey X Contact Improvisation is a dance workshop taking place on March 27, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Erskineville Anglican Church. This 90-minute guided session welcomes newcomers to dance and embodied movement, focusing on body listening and somatic awareness. Participants can enjoy a playful entry into movement, regardless of prior experience. Following the workshop, a 30-minute Contact Improvisation Jam will be available for integration and exploration.
