Groove & Grow is a 10-week recurring dance class for parents and carers with their babies, held every Monday from May 4 to June 29, 2026, at 64 Holdsworth Street in Woollahra. The program emphasizes gentle guided movement to foster wellbeing, parent-baby bonding, and community connections in an inclusive environment that welcomes all parenthood journeys, body types, and abilities. Each 1-hour session from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM costs $220 for the full term, with limited spaces available. Organized by Woollahra Municipal Council and facilitated by Holdsworth, it provides a supportive space for self-care and joy through dance.
