Flow State: A Women's Ecstatic Dance - March by Sulos Shish Kebabs

Flow State is an immersive, multi-sensory experience designed for women to reconnect with their bodies and express themselves freely through ecstatic dance. Scheduled for March 28, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at The Downtown Creative, this event invites women of all experience levels to engage in somatic movement, intentional breath, and vocal alchemy. Co-facilitated by Amber O'Brien and Chelsea Holden, participants will enjoy a smoke, alcohol, and judgment-free space, focusing on emotional release and authentic self-expression.
