Bunting Making Workshop Series Part 2 by Shaleen from Solstice Healing

The Bunting Making Workshop Series Part 2 invites kids, adults, and aspiring artists to create hand-painted canvas buntings themed around Filipino culinary heritage for Filofomofest 2026. Participants will draw inspirations like the palayok or Philippine mango using provided materials such as canvas linen, watercolours, and pens. The single-day event takes place on 11 April 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Rouse Hill Community Centre. Snacks and drinks are provided in a relaxed community setting, with free entry for kids and gold coin donation for adults; registration is required. Buntings will be displayed at Paddy’s Flemington in April and Parramatta in June, celebrating Filipino culture. Optional craft aprons are available for purchase.
