Flourish & Make, Connected by Care, is a series of free community wellbeing sessions designed for carers, parents, and families supporting individuals with disabilities. Held every Thursday from April 23 to June 25, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Elizabeth Room in Mounties, these drop-in events offer a relaxed space for connection, chatting, creating, or simply recharging without any obligation or prior experience required. Water and juice are provided, with food available for purchase at the on-site cafe. Hosted by SOFIA’S Wish Inc., the sessions foster a supportive, judgement-free environment where participants can arrive and leave at any time. Registration is required due to limited spots, and the accessible venue welcomes carers attending with family members.
