Bunting Making Workshop Series Part 3 by Lone Pine Tavern

The Bunting Making Workshop Series Part 3 invites kids, adults, and aspiring artists to create hand-painted canvas buntings themed around Filipino culinary heritage, in preparation for Filofomofest 2026. Participants will depict elements like the palayok or Philippine mango using provided materials such as canvas linen, watercolours, and pens. The single-day event takes place on 25 April 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Rooty Hill Seniors Centre. Snacks and drinks are provided in a relaxed atmosphere, with free entry for kids and gold coin donation for adults; registration is required. The buntings will be displayed at Paddy’s Flemington in April and Parramatta in June, celebrating Filipino culture. Collaborators include The Filipino Saturday School, PACSI, and Halo Halo Events AU.
