The inaugural Sydney Wine & Cheese Fest debuts at Carriageworks on Saturday, 11 April 2026, bringing 13 years of Melbourne success to the city with over 200 wines, dozens of artisan cheeses, and gourmet delights from boutique producers across NSW, Victoria, and beyond. Attendees enjoy unlimited tastings, free hands-on masterclasses with winemakers, cheesemakers, and sommeliers, plus live music, DJs, and roving performers across two sessions: midday from 12:00 to 15:30 and afternoon from 16:00 to 19:30. The event transforms the indoor venue into a sensory playground, encouraging discovery and purchase of unique small-batch products. Intended primarily for adults with responsible alcohol service, children under 18 may enter free if accompanied by a guardian but cannot consume alcohol. All areas are wheelchair accessible, and the festival proceeds in any weather.
