Dance Your Heart Out with Rose Dangaard is a free single-day dance session held on 23 April 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM AEST at Woden Seniors Club in Lyons, ACT. Led by experienced instructor Rose Dangaard, a licensed fitness professional with nearly 30 years in the industry, the event features a vibrant mix of Reggae, Urban and Latin Pop, Funk, R&B Hip-Hop, and more, suitable for beginners and seasoned dancers. Organized by the Philippine-Australian Association (PAA) as part of their Seniors Wellbeing Program funded by the ACT Government, it welcomes people of all ages with seniors particularly encouraged, and includes light refreshments. This community event promotes physical and mental health through energetic dance in an inclusive setting.
